Include the following:

Concept
A brief description of your idea.
This can be a moment, fighter, scene, or narrative you want captured.

References
Visual references are essential.
This may include:
Photos, Fight moments, Poses, Clothing or stylistic inspiration
The clearer the references, the stronger the final piece.

Size / Format
Specify your preferred format if you have one (e.g. digital, print, canvas, apparel).

If unsure, guidance will be provided based on the concept.

Usage
State how the artwork will be used:   Personal (standard)
Commercial (brands, promotion, merchandise, etc.) Commercial projects must be declared upfront.

Deadline (if applicable)
If you’re working to a specific date, include it. Rush work is not always guaranteed.

Pricing
All commission requests require a 50% deposit upfront, with the remainder of the payment to be sent when the piece is completed and ready for delivery.

Pricing varies and reflects the scale, detail, and creative direction of each piece and will be discussed via email. More complex works, including multiple figures, detailed scenes, or narrative compositions will be priced accordingly.

Commercial usage is not included in standard pricing and must be agreed in advance.
